Pavilion Rental

Host your next birthday party or special gathering at Chase Creek Swim Club!  Members can rent our pavilion for events.

$150 for up to 20 people including host, member, and non-member guests.

$250 for 21- 40 people including host, member, and non-member guests.

Your 2 hour rental of the pavilion includes  

• Use of 1 refrigerator
• Use of the gas grill (additional $10 tank fee if used)
• Set up may begin 30 minutes prior to the reservation and clean up must be completed no later than 30 minutes after the end of the reservation.
• For Half Pavilion Rentals: You and your guests may use half of the pavilion and a portion of the tables and chairs.

* When applicable, an additional fee may be required for an extra lifeguard for parties larger than 25.

Please note:  Bringing more than 5 guests (per family) per day to the pool constitutes a pool party.
