Bond Membership - $650 + remaining bond fees
Homeowners in the neighborhoods surrounding our pool--Pines on the Severn and Winchester on the Severn--are eligible to become Bond Members of Creek Swim Club.
Associate Membership - $845
We invite all individuals and families who live beyond the neighborhoods of Pines on the Severn and Winchester on the Severn to become Associate Members of Chase Creek Swim Club.
